Well there is a lot to share since I've posted last time but work kept me occupied and as I have joined the new organization so, it took some time to bring everything on track. Today is the weekend so am quite excited and thought of writing a blog post.

The new organist is quite good as people and work both are fine. Recently I discovered a new interest of mine. I like taking pictures. And now i have the new smartphone :) , i take pictures frequently, though I am not a good photographer, but i try to capture some natural clicks.

Here are few of them:

This is the first picture I took from my Smartphone :) which I bought on this Diwali

Hi Everyone!

I hope you all are doing well. Here is a great news to share with you all. I have joined a new organisation with a better profile, salary package and position. So am quite excited about this new achievement and have adapted well in the new horizon. My boss who is a lady (for the first time I would be working with a lady boss, hope it would be a nice experience) and my other sub-ordinates are quite supportive and generous. So, I am quite liking it. Moreover the working hours and days are less here so, that's also a positive point :)

Another update is, I read an article that women who apply makeup and take a good care of themselves are trusted more in their workplace. The logic behind that is such women keep an eye on minute details and are more responsible when it comes to their profession. So, after reading that, I've become more conscious about how well I can maintain myself. So, explored few makeup tips and latest trends on fashion make myself more confident. And it was proved by another article that I read on my favorite writer Paulo Coelho's Blog and want to share it with you all.

Read 2-3 times to absorb the essence of what the writer is trying to convey:

"People always say: ‘It’s inner beauty that matters, not outer beauty.’ Well, that’s not true. If it were, why would flowers put so much energy into attracting bees? And why would raindrops transform themselves into a rainbow when they encounter the sun?

Because nature longs for beauty, and is only satisfied when beauty can be exalted. Outer beauty is what makes inner beauty visible, and it manifests itself in the light that flows from our eyes. The eyes are the mirror of the soul and reflect everything that seems to be hidden; and, like a mirror, they also reflect the person looking into them.

So if the person looking into someone’s eyes has a dark soul, he will see only his own ugliness."

Hope you liked the post. I would appreciate if you will share your views on the same.

Sitting idle in my office, nowadays I wait for the clock to tick 7. While waiting, I am exploring few good shooping and reading optiosn as well. Like recently I explored that I have few unpublished posts which I think are well written and interesting read. So, from now onwards, I publsi those unpublished posts sometimes:

Hope you will enjoy reading them :) Here is a post from May 2012:

So, nowadays, as I am jobless, I am enjoying this phase of life as well. Doing house chores, then applying for jobs and reading the novel "Almost Single" (Which is the best part of day these days). I am glued to it. The novel is really interesting especially if you are a single women looking for that perfect match. Really, I can relate to that. While reading that novel, I was thinking, why do we girls fall for wrong options even if we know that they are not the ones, we are looking for but on the other hand I think how would we know what we want if we would not try diferrent options or date different guys (to be more specific).

Like Misha, the best friend of the lead lady of the novel, we all have few experiences. Meet different kind of guys at every stage life, some are interesting, die hard handsome (whome every chick would like to date) while others play smart. Some are real jerks while others were big time losers. Lollzz... I can be real bitch sometimes. Anyways, what I have noticed is me and most of my friends end up with losers. But no regrets seriously as most of them are happily married now and have found their soulmate in their "Arranged Marriage Husbands." Though I am still single, I hope I will find that dream man of mine which I have been waiting since I have started dreaming about love. The morale of the strory is live life, enjoy it, explore different options, and if it's not working out then MOVE ON!!!! You won't regret.
Now enough of this gyaan, please share your experiences..

Till later,

So.. Here I am after a short break :) Well there is a lot to share. The first good news is that I have got a new job .. Tadaaa.. Since past two years I had this perception that I get things with very difficulty and now it has become pattern of my life. Be it, job, studies or anything else. But this time, by God's grace, I didn't do much hard work in giving interviews. All I did that I filtered my search and set some priorities. And see, after just 2 interviews, I cleared the third one. The offer is really good and the best part is it's too near to my place so, distance would not kill my time :) But, yes I haven't still disclosed this to anyone accept my family and 2 close friends. All am waiting for my this month's salary. As soon as I get that I will switch to new organisation.

Now The second great news is that We attended the annual festival of our organisation and it was such a great experience. For the first time I saw any celebrity from soo close. It was all light, music, fun, drama and a lot more. We shook a leg with Neha Dhupia and sang wit Palash Sen. A very well organised event and beautifully anchored by RJ Mahiya and Ashish from Radio FM. Really, had a great time before leaving this organisation. Here are few pictures from the event. Hope you will like them.

Well since past two days am sitting alone in my cabin as the other two girls have been shifted to another cabin. Earlier felt a bit aloofed but now am back to the "Queen of My Room" form. Lol. Queen without any praja. Well a lot happens inside and outside us. In outside world we live a normal life but inside, we have our own worls where only those people can sneak who we want to. You might have got an idea. So, here is a small beautiful secret from my inside world.

There is a guy who comes daily in the park when I go for morning walk. And in fact, he is one of the main reasons that motivates me to wake up early and hit the ground since past 3 months. So, we sneak peak at each other once in a while. As he is handsome, you can say that I'm a bit attracted towards him :) or you can say that he is the flavor of the season. Anywayws, yesterday when I was on rounds as usual, he came from behind and said Good Morning. Tadaaaa... But, I was too surprised that I could not reply him back. And in fact, thought he is a bad/chaalu guy. Then I shared the incident with my colleagues, they also said why didn't u reply back. Since then I'm thinking, why I missed the opportunity. So, today I was all ready, that if he would wish me, I'll wish him back. But. He didn't (May be a girl was behind me that's why he didn't). OMG. Now am waiting, When he would wish me again becoz I want him to talk to me. After so many years, he is the guy whom I like by looks (otherwise I hardly get attracted towards anybody untill or unless they approach me).

Anyways, this was a little secret from my inner world.

Happy Weekend !!!

Well yesterday had been an interesting day. I took an off from office and went to see the movie "Barfi" which was fantabulous. Ranbeer Kapoor has acted so well and other actors too have done superb work. really worth watching. After that I went for shopping and bought myself a nice pair of stilettos and some girly stuff like lip gloss, danglers, clutchers, etc. So in short I enjoyed the outing and the best part was, rather than having lunch in a posh restaurent, we had chhole bhature from roadside thelawaala ...It was fun. Felt like I was back in college. Then the most interesting part: I went to see a guy. Yes a guy, for matrimonial purpose. Though I was not soo excited as I don't prefer arranged marriage but the this is the only choice I am left with, but I was taking it as another acquaintance. The guy was average looking but a decent one. We had some light conversation, discussed our future plans. At that time I was visualising myself as his wife. How wud it feel, how wud I live with him, if things proceed in a positive way. A lot was going inside me. And my selfish part was thinking that what if he helps me getting a good job (so carrier oriented I've become, I know). So, we spent around 45 minutes together and and then came back home.

Today in office, it was quite boring, but then to make it interesting I logged into Facebook, and to my surprise I found my favourite RJ - Anil Srivatsa online :) I thought he would not reply, but then I thought why not give it a shot. And I pinged him, and he responded back. Felt so good, as I'm a huge fan of his show: Between the Sheet. So, we must not hesitate in trying new stuff. Am really so happy and learn this that we must not hesitate in initiating something that we love. I know am exaggerating.. but yes, am soo happy that he responded back. Anyways, if you can sign up and listen his show on

Another good news is that our organisation is organising an event on 6th October. so, the bitches out here are planning what to wear, how they can show off bla bla.. But yes, I'm excited too. Will post the pics soon. And here is the pic of the Day :) A Chocolate truffle Pastry. Mmmm Yummyyy...

Till then take care,

Sitting idle in office and doing mundane tasks. Nowadays, I feel that I do not like talking on phone much. Even if I don't have anything to do, I either do my office work or look for better jobs (as again I'm looking for a good job) since there is no learning scope left here. But sometimes, I get irritated with this boring schedule also. Only office and home and some stress leaves me frustrated and irritated sometimes. For instance, yesterday, I was sitting quite and a bit irritated. Though my colleagues asked me what happened why you behaving like that but I could not give them the proper reason. As I don't know why I feel so. We get only Sundays off. So, I hardly get chance to go for outings. I really need to find some good tips, what I shall do, when I feel irritated and bored. Please suggest me some good ideas.

So, I’ve been thinking of writing a blog post since 2 days but didn’t get the chance due to some work priorities. There has been loads of work these days in the office. So, finally, I got the chance due to power failure in the office (they don’t have a generator, blessing for us J)I have 2 new colleagues who have become good friends now. Really, enjoying their company, gossips and masti time. Another update is: I read the novel “The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari” from which I picked 2-3 good points mentioned below:

1) Our mind is like a garden. The more we nurture it with positive thoughts, the more positive results we get in our day-to-day life.
Following which I try to keep away negative thoughts and people away from my mind and life respectively.

2) 21 Day Funda: Secondly, I learnt from the book is: If you want to install any positive habbit in your system practice it for 21 days, then you will get used to that. For instance, I started going for morning walks and temple regularly and now it is installed in my system.

3) Keep mobile away: Though I am left with very few close friends and my mobile rings rarely, but I’m happy this way. As my life is more organized and peaceful. I enjoy other things like spending time with my family, going out with my sister for movies and shopping, reading novels, meditation.

These were some of the positive things that I could remember from the book. And yes, one more interesting thing: I made kadhaai paneer this weekend and it was delicious. Here is a picture of that:
Hope you liked the picture :). Looking forward to your comments.

After a very long time, I felt bad for somebody else. Yesterday, we went to one of our distant relative's home. She is my maternal aunt. Few months back her husband expired due to sudden organ failure (I dnt know the exact term). Since it was my off, my mom asked me to accompany her  as my aunt wanted to see her. I thought it would be a change for me as well. We went there. But by the end of the day, when we returned back, I was quite upset.

Reason: Long story in short:

My Aunt had 4 daughters and a Son who is the youngest one. Well, All the 4 daughters got married
in well off families and their son is in garduation last year. But the youngest daughter is going through her divorce (her husband used to beat her up). In this process, all the peace and harmony of the house was lost. Last year she went USA, to give her husband the last chance. But that creep really made her life hell there. This led her to take the final decision that she wants a divorce. In the mean time, my uncle expired, which was quite unexpected and my cousin (the girl battling for divorce) could not see her father in his last time as she was in USA. When she returned back, they got the news that my aunt is also not well as her kedneys have stopped working. Doctors have told them that she would not survive long. After listening all this, I was so upset, that how God could be so harsh on some people. And I am most worried about their brother who is hardly 22 years old, he would be left alone without his parents in this world. I wrote this post just to take my feelings out. I cant show my worries to my mom, otherwise she'll be upset too. Please friends pray for my aunt that she may live long at least till their son gets settle down.

Nothing much to say now... Take Care,

A lot is going on in my life.. All spicey and happening. but hardly get time to updates. Well, one of the most important and happening news is I bought my first Diamond Rind.. Tadddaaa.. :) No no. I'm not getting engaged or proposed by someone, but yes, I bought it for myself. I had been thinking of this for quite long time, but now finally I bought it and have striked off one of the things from Things I Would Like to do Before I Die... Here are few pictures of the ring: Hope you will like it... :)

Don't forget to post your comments :)

It's been long since I wrote something.. First of all, belated happy Independence to you all. A lot is there to share since I posted last time. My workplace has become quite chaotic these days as majority of the staff consists of gals so you can expect how it must be like.. gossips, bitching and discussions in all breaks during office hours. So, both pros and cons are there. Recently, after some incidences, I have made a promise to myself that at this independence day, I am giving myself the independece from all the negative thoughts, my past, and above all the independece from being too sweet and good to everyone. Rather than torturing myself for wat others think about me, I'll be myself. Accept me if u like me as I am otherwise it's your decision. I'll try to be polite and humble but not by compromising on my values. Rest is great. Delhi is enjoying good monsoon and am lovong it and my new Independence :) Hope you all are doing great too.

So after 5 months.. today was the day when we all got the chance to interact. Actually, Our chairman took us all on a lunch in Motimahal South Ex. The restaurant was good and so the food was. But above all, I enjoyed the gossips as always. Mjority of us were girls. Only 3 men were there including the Chairman. So, now you can imagine the scene :) All chit chat. Every one was gossiping about how much they spend on food. How many restaurants have they been to. and how they don't like cooking and go to big restaurants and splurge more on food. All was fun but I didn't like the way the girls show off for the style statement. Be humble. a beautiful person need not to bark that they are beautiful, but the beauty reflects itself.

I loved the food and the ambience. Anyways, for me it was a good change from daily routine. and yes, I am not ashamed to admit that I this was my first time at Moti Mahal and I rarely go to big restaurants. After that we took a stroll in neighbourhood area and came back to office to wind up the remaining work. I wish I could share some pics., but since Mr. Chairman was there, it didn't seem appropriate.
So, this was something new I wanted to share with you all. Hope you all are doing good. Will get back soon with new updates.

This is the post I read on one of my Blogger friend's Blog. And I loved it so much that I am posting it here as it is after taking his permission. Hope, you'll like it too.

No, she did not feel naked. He was loving her soul inside her body.

Her breathing was uneven and shallow. His was no different.

There he was, on top of her, his glorious eyes piercing her beautiful ones. She blushed furiously and he smiled as he bent down to kiss her coral lips. The more she blushed, the prettier she seemed to him.

Her hands, already snaked around his neck, now knotted themselves in his hair, pulling him closer to herself, closer and closer still.

His fingers tingled her as they trailed across her naked form, arousing sensations that she had never felt, had never known to be existent.

She shivered. He kissed her harder, deeper.

Fingers intertwined, legs entangled, it was difficult to find one’s beginning and the other’s end.

They lost track of time, each moment a bliss, each pain an ecstasy.

A small whimper escaping her lips made him stop. She opened her eyes, worried, and found his eyes boring into her own, again. She smiled at him, raised her head and kissed his lips lovingly. and he pushed her down as he kissed her back passionately.

Moments later he let out an almost inaudible moan of satisfaction.

Her cheeks flushed, her entire being trembled. The beauty of this pain and pleasure was indescribable, much like the rainbow.

He kissed her forehead, her eyes, her warm pink cheeks and her lips.

“I love you” he whispered huskily, quite out of breath.

“I love you” she whispered back in a strained but happy voice.

I am breathing in your love,

And, my life I am breathing out,

We don’t have much time, love,

Before the candle burns out...

Not backward,
Not in the past,
Not in agony,
And not in regret,
Look forward, my friend!

In a world full of cynics,
Individuals regretful of the past and fearful of the future,
Where will you find optimism, hope and peace?
Nowhere but in the present,
And in the present, by looking forward, my friend!

Past is history,
Put it in a dictionary,
Look for a hopeful today and promising tomorrow,
By forgetting all that already happened,
And by waiting to find out what will next happen,
By looking forward, my friend!

Say no to negativity,
Say no to agitated mind and worrisome thoughts,
Accept uncertainty,
Do so by non-resistance, acceptance and surrender,
He who brought you here will sustain you,
Have this firm faith in you,
And live by looking forward, my friend!

P.S. Please forget the past, look forward, move ahead and make new memories. Let go the past and move ahead..

God bless!

Last year had been full of disappointments and hardships. But yes, If I take it positively, it had been a learning experience too. Sitting jobless for a whole one year taught me the importance of work, money and success. Sitting Idle is not an easy task. But anyways, the tough part is over now and I have got a job again, I am loving it. As one of my blogger friends suggested me to share some of my experiences and tips for job search, I am posting some of my experiences of last year while I was looking for a Job.

No. 1 Problem I faced that since I was interested to switch my profile from Content Writer to Internet marketing, nobody was ready to give me chance. Every recruiter was like, you don't have enough experience.

So, guys if you are looking for a domain change, first of all, be manipulative. Make some changes in your resume. Mentions the points the recruiters are looking for.

Secondly, apply to all popular job portals. Just one platform is not enough. For instance, I even applied in classified websites like Quikr. You never know, you get the call of your dream job.

Set a criteria/priorities like what kind of profile you are looking for. Appearing for wrong profile's interviews will only end up in disappointments. So, before going for an interview, ask the HR what will be the job profile and responsibilities.

Though it took time, but don't loose patience and faith in yourself. Always remember, you have the caliber that's why you are here. So, be confident and even if you could not make at few places, you will make it in the next.

So, good luck with your job search and Enjoy the Ride!!!

Although it's been over 10 days since the new year has started, but it's never late to give you all the bet wishes. So, here I am wishing you all the best wishes for 2012. May god bless you all with good health, happiness and prosperity. May all your dreams come true. My new year started with a good note. I met some of my old friends (from "B.N.A.G.S. group") and spent whole day chatting and hanging around with time. We gossiped (which is the usual thing with our gang) and shared our future plans. Overall it was fun and felt good to hang around with them.

Here are few pictures, of the evening:
